Avoiding Alcohol When Dieting?

Liquid calories, alcoholic or not, add up quickly when you're dieting. If you're avoiding alcohol and miss having a special drink like I do, here's a great alcohol alternative... 

Flavored Sparkling Water! Dress it up with a maraschino cherry or a few blueberries, put it in a pretty cup, and serve it very cold for a fun, calorie free drink!

Good recommendation! I'm currently "dieting" (I prefer to call it counting calories, sounds less depriving) and was really craving a cold beer or glass of wine last night with dinner. This would've been a nice low-cal alternative!
