Black Bean Salsa



Ingredients: 

  • 1 can Black Beans, drained & rinsed
  • 1/3 cup Corn
  • 12 Roma Tomatoes, diced
  • 2 Avocados, diced
  • 1 bunch Cilantro, chopped
  • 1 bunch Green Onions, chopped
  • 1T Lemon Juice
  • Salt, Cumin, and Chili Powder to taste (start with 1/2 t each)



Mix everything together and season to taste.  Serve in a pita or with tortilla chips for a quick, yummy lunch!
