Video 1: Ice Cream Science Experiment Instructions
Squishy Ice Cream Materials:
1/2 c. full-cream milk
1T sugar
1t vanilla
1 large zip-lock bag
1 small zip-lock bag
2c crushed ice
6T salt
Steps:
- Mix the milk, sugar, and vanilla in the small bag, seal and shake!
- Mix the ice and salt in the bigger bag.
- Put the small bag inside the big bag.
- Squish them together for 10 min or so.
- Eat!
Video 2: Ice Cream Science Experiment Results
Our results:
We used almond milk rather than cow's milk. It was delicious! We only had to squish the ice cream for about 7 minutes. It was so cold, we wrapped the bags in dish towels to protect our hands.
