I was instantly impressed with how much support the soft cushion actually provided. It is sturdy but soft on the knees. It's made out of a durable foam that's also water resistant, which, again, makes it perfect for bathing, gardening, and cleaning. The covers can be removed to be cleaned and are easily replaced.
